Services Provided
Retro Talent Management operates as an influencer management company, facilitating connections between talent (hereinafter referred to as "Influencers") and sponsors interested in purchasing advertising slots on Influencers' content. Our Services include but are not limited to negotiating brand deals, coordinating ad placements, and facilitating payments.

Use of Services:
You may use our Services solely for the purpose of engaging with Retro Talent Management in connection with the negotiation, facilitation, and management of brand deals and advertising placements. You agree to use our Services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.

Representations and Warranties:
By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the authority to enter into binding contracts on behalf of the Brand(s) you represent.

• All information provided to Retro Talent Management, including but not limited to Brand analytics, audience demographics, and engagement metrics, is accurate and up to date.

• You have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to grant Retro Talent Management the rights to use Brand content for the purposes outlined in these Terms.
  

Payment and Billing:
Retro Talent Management is responsible for negotiating brand deals and billing companies for advertising placements on behalf of Influencers. Payment terms and conditions will be outlined in each individual contract. Retro Talent Management will make reasonable efforts to collect payment from sponsors in a timely manner and distribute payments to Influencers as specified in the contract.

Intellectual Property:
All content provided by Influencers, including but not limited to videos, images, and written content, remains the intellectual property of the Influencers. By using our Services, you grant Retro Talent Management a limited license to use, reproduce, and distribute Brand content solely for the purpose of facilitating brand deals and advertising placements.

Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Retro Talent Management shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our Services.

Modification of Terms:
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
